Ingredients
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
16 oz canned tomato sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tbsp black molasses
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp coconut amino acid or soy sauce
1 / 4 teaspoon five spice
1 / 4 teaspoon onion powder
1 / 4 cup sake or white wine (if not)

 

Instructions

1. Take a small pot, put it on the furnace, and then set the temperature to medium high temperature.

2. Mix all ingredients in a pot and cook for 20 minutes, stirring alternately every 2-3 minutes.

3. After about 20 minutes, turn off the stove, transfer the sauce to a small bowl of dipping sauce, and then serve.

 

Okonomiyaki Sauce #2

Ingredients

1 / 4 cup tomato sauce
1 and 1 / 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 / 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tbsp sake
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 teaspoon Millin
1 / 8 teaspoon ginger; ground, in pot
1 teaspoon honey

 

Cooking Directions

1. Heat a small pot on the furnace and set the temperature to medium high.
2. Put all ingredients in a saucepan to mix, then make it into Okonomiyaki sauce.
3. Let them simmer for about 1 minute, then stir thoroughly.
4. If the taste is too strong, add more honey or sugar to make it more sweet or sweet and sour.
5. If the sauce turns out to be too sweet, pour another 1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
6. Turn off the stove and transfer the Okonomiyaki sauce to the dipping bowl.
7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
