Mobile Teppanyaki | Teppanyaki mushroom risotto!

Wait. Teppanyaki risotto?? !!!!!!!!! ? Right! Yes, you can even make risotto on our Cookeryaki Teppanyaki cooktop table. It's almost like cooking risotto in a frying pan, because our patented "shallow dipping" technique keeps the broth centered while the rice is simmering. So gather your ingredients and let's start cooking!

This recipe is completely vegetarian (or vegetarian if you don't end up with butter and cheese!). But you can use any culinary fantasy in risotto. We have prepared the vegetable soup in advance, which can be placed on the outer edge of the heating area of the Cookeryaki Teppanyaki cooktops to keep it warm during preparation. After preheating the Cookeryaki Teppanyaki grill table (level 5), raise the temperature to 8.

For this risotto, we first steam the water from the mushrooms for about five minutes. You can then move them to the side until you need to mix them to the end. Then we add a tablespoon of oil in the center and start sweating for the thinly sliced shallots and garlic.

After a few minutes, it's time to add short-grain rice and half a glass of dry white wine or dry vermouth. When the liquid is cooked, start adding the soup to the rice. Depending on how much you cook, you can add half a cup to three quarters of the cup at a time to absorb the liquid and cook slowly before adding again.

The shallow dip in our Cookakiaki Mobile Teppanyaki allows the liquid to stay in the middle, so the rice is cooked as slowly as in a wok. Reduce the temperature by about half so that the rice absorbs more time. When the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and mix with the mushrooms. If you want this dish to be vegan, stop here to try it. We add butter and cheese, it's very rich. Look! Italian s rice is prepared with hibachi grill table!
