Teppanyaki Grill Table | Teppanyaki Lamb Meatballs

We love to cook for friends and family, especially at the Teppanyaki grill table in Cookeryaki. This is one of the enjoyable, easy to prepare and make recipes that can bring enough benefit to the guests. Depending on how many guests you have, or if you plan to save some leftovers the next day, you can easily adjust the recipe. We also serve it with a delicious tahini dip, and hummus dip can also be served with these beautiful lamb balls on Cookeryaki's teppanyaki grill for home.

 

Teppanyaki Lamb Meatballs Prep

In a large mixing bowl, combine: 1 pound chopped lamb, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/3 cup chopped onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon. 1 teaspoon lemon peel kosher salt 1 teaspoon. Chopped coriander seeds, 1/2 teaspoon. Cayenne, 1/2 teaspoon. Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon all the spices. Mix well to form 1.5-inch balls, then flatten them slightly into small pies about 3/4 inch thick, making a small dent in the center of each pie.

If you've prepared the tahini yogurt dip ahead of time, continue preheating Cookeryaki's teppanyaki to level 5. Otherwise, place the lamb meatballs in the refrigerator to cool them while preparing the dip.

 

Tahini Yogurt Dip

Combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup tahini, and 2 teaspoons. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon olive oil and salt to taste. Set aside to serve as a dip for the lamb meatballs.

 

Grilling up Lamb Meatballs on the Teppanyaki

After preheating the Cookeryaki's Teppanyaki to level 5, raise the temperature to level 8. When the orange light goes off, it means that the required temperature has been reached and you can start cooking! Leave enough space between the meatballs and place them in the hot cooking center of an indoor skillet. The spacing between the patties allows for proper Browning to give the exterior a delicious crispness.

After about 6 to 7 minutes, drop the lamb pie from the hot cooking center of the drop in electric teppanyaki grill and let you turn it over with a thin spatula. For meatballs that are still pink in the middle, cook for 5 minutes; For well-cooked lamb meatballs, cook for 7 minutes.

If you plan to do other cooking in the center of the Teppanyaki grill at the Cookeryaki, move the meatballs to the heated area. In this case, you will need to reduce the cooking time by a minute or two, as they will continue to cook slowly in the heated area. Once ready to eat and eat the meatballs, in addition to the tahini yogurt dip, hummus or Tzatziki dip and mustard or applesauce are also good choices.
