Teppanyaki cooktops table | Balsamic vinegar, apple and onion beef liver

•1 large red Onions, peeled and thinly sliced (half moon)

•1 large or 2 medium Fuji or Cox apples, washed, cut into small pieces, cored and thinly sliced (half moon)

• cup chicken or vegetable soup (add extra ingredients if desired)

• 1/4 cup (or less) balsamic or apple cider vinegar

• 1 ¼ lbs. Veal liver slices, cut into small pieces, cut into small pieces/cubes (add chicken liver)

•3 TBSP oil or ghee (clarified butter), or use half oil and half butter

First cook the onion + apple (preferably brown ghee) in 1 tablespoon of your preferred cooking oil until the color starts to change and both sides of the apple are light brown. Season with salt and pepper. When the meat is no longer attached to the surface, turn the meat (1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the meat) and enter the external heating area.

Make sure there is little cooked meat, as the meat will continue to cook during seasoning. Otherwise, the liver will harden/harden and become dry. Repeat with remaining meat.

 

Sauce
