What is Cookeryaki Teppanyaki grill table? | FAQ-1

The innovative Teppanyaki grill table series appliances made in China are patented inventions based on compact electric stoves, which utilize the physical reaction of specially shaped and pressed stainless steel to electric heating.

The high-tech heating element causes the solid China 304 stainless steel to temporarily expand to the heat source, thereby forming a shallow cooking pit.

The operation of the Cookeryaki outdoor teppanyaki grill is safe, fast and convenient. These special appliances are 100% made in China and are available for daily use.

1. How long does it take to warm up?

To reach the basic warm-up temperature (set the switch to #5), it takes less than 5 minutes.

Important note: Before setting the actual cooking temperature, be sure to preheat the Cookeryaki!

2. How long does it take to get to the cooking temperature from there?

It depends on the set cooking temperature (1-10 dial); the higher the temperature, the longer the time (About 2-3 minutes after warming up).

3. Can I make a large steak?

of course! Just follow the basic rules for cooking steak:
Set the temperature to 9 or 10; when the temperature is reached, roast the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side according to the thickness of the meat; reduce the temperature to 7, and roast for 3-5 minutes on each side to the desired sweetness; let Rest the steak in the heating zone outside for 4-5 minutes (or wrap it in aluminum foil for later use). This way the fiber can relax and all the juice will be redistributed evenly in the meat.

4. Do I need to install a ventilation device or a hood?

It all depends on your personal settings. Because you hardly use any cooking oil, steam is not as fatty as traditional cooking. When moisture evaporates from food, you will only produce some steam. If you often cook fatty ingredients, bacon or marbled meat, ventilation is recommended.

5. How many BTU's does a Cookeryaki have?

Cookeryaki teppanyaki table for sale products are powered by electricity. Only combustible materials such as propane, coal or wood are designated as BTU (abbreviation for British Thermal Unit), which represents the efficiency with which heat is converted into energy. BTU measures heat and therefore the energy required for operation. If you want to convert electrical energy/watt to BTU, multiply 1 watt by approximately 3.41214 to calculate BTU/h.

6. Why does the center bend down?

This is a secret, which is why these devices are world patents. However, part of the secret is that different pressures are applied to the metal when making the stove.

7. Which cooking tools are most suitable to use?

We tested most products on the market:

-The pliers are great. Just use heat-resistant plastic or silicone head to prevent scratches

-Ordinary straightedge wooden spatula; very suitable for cleaning
-Flexible nylon spatula (very thin; requires a little practice)

-Narrow plastic or nylon offset printing spatula (for example, designed by iittala, Joseph Joseph); very suitable for making crepes and pancakes

-A spoon similar to a wok tool, but made of non-scratch material or silicone tip

-Scratch-free flat whisk for mixing sauces (eg Linden, Sweden; IKEA)

Important note: For all the tools you use, always make sure they are heat-resistant!

8. Do I need to marinate before cooking?

Not at all. This is just a way to use as little cooking fat as possible, because you don't have to add extra cooking fat.

9. How to create a complete menu with multiple different courses?

No matter which part of the food you like to prepare first-usually the part that requires the most cooking time-when this part is almost complete, just push it to a warm place. Then cook the next dish, and so on, until everything is ready.

10. What should I do when food sticks to the surface?

Be patient, guys. Relax and wait a while. Since food releases its own juices and caramel during cooking, it usually loosens on its own. If this is not the case, next time you may need to set a higher temperature or use a non-stick sprayer.
