Ingredients

Trimmed 4 pieces of pork tenderloin (or you can use thin pork chop)
3/4 glass of red wine
1 cup mushroom slices
2 inch ginger chopped
2 cloves chopped garlic
24 shrimps
6 oz bag spinach
Fried sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
3 / 4 cup orange juice, best fresh pressed

 

Instructions

1. Put corn starch, soy sauce and orange juice in a mixing bowl, mix well, then place for later use.
