Teppanyaki Grill | Teppanyaki Tenderloin Steak with Garlic Butter

Now that we're on a flavor tour, let me share my real-life recipe for the most delicious Teppanyaki Garlic Tenderloin Steak I've ever tried. Goodbye tofu steak!

 

 

INGREDIENTS

• 8 oz sirloin steak (2x 4 oz steaks, pat dry)
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon of garlic (chopped or 4 garlic cloves)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine the butter, parsley and garlic and set aside.
2. Preheat the teppanyaki grill according to the flavors of the steak (follow our guide above)
3. Lightly oil the grill and steak. Then sprinkle generously with salt and pepper.
4. Grill the tenderloin steak for 4-5 minutes to brown and cook to your preferred doneness.
5. When done, spread the butter mixture over the steak and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
